For residential developers

We don't build a development website.
We build its sales system.

An interactive apartment listing, live prices and availability, unit pages, enquiry handling, reservations and a sales-office panel. One system, one database.

Standard delivery: 79,000 PLN net · 4–6 weeks from a complete brief

For developments where digital sales is meant to be a working tool, not just a good-looking website.

Category

A website shows the development. A system helps you sell it.

The difference is not how it looks. It is whether the apartment listing is page content, or a database used by the buyer and the sales office at the same time.

A typical development website

  • Subpages describing the development
  • A static apartment list or a PDF price sheet
  • Every price change means a ticket to the agency
  • A contact form with no link to a specific unit
  • The sales rep keeps the real listing in a private spreadsheet
  • No visibility into which apartments attract interest

A development sales platform

  • One unit database the whole site runs on
  • Statuses and prices changed by the sales office in the panel
  • Interactive unit picker: floor, size, layout
  • Every enquiry attached to a specific apartment
  • A reservation workflow with a change history
  • You can see which units get viewed and asked about

This is not a complaint about agencies. An agency builds a website because that is what it is asked for. We build software, so the apartment listing is a database from day one.

A live rollout

56 apartments. One sales system.

Nowe Winiary, Building D in Gniezno. The building's entire listing runs on a single unit database: from picking a floor, through the apartment page, to an enquiry about one specific unit. Everything below can be checked live, with no login and no sales call.

56

25–95

01

Development website

Presentation of the estate, the finish standard and the location.

02

Floor picker

A clickable floor plan showing how many units are free.

03

Filterable list

Size, floor, layout. Filters are stored in the URL, so a view can be sent as a link.

04

Unit page

Floor plan, room schedule, PDF, status, neighbouring and similar apartments.

05

Enquiry and panel

An enquiry tied to a unit reaches the sales office, which manages its price and status.

Price is a database field, not text on a page. The developer decides whether to publish the amount or leave it as "price on request" and hand the conversation to the sales office. At Nowe Winiary prices are currently confirmed by the office, and the system still walks the buyer to one specific unit.

Delivery scope

What a standard rollout includes

Two halves of the same system: what the buyer sees, and what the sales office works in.

A · For the buyer

  • ·A development website designed for presentation, not fitted to a template
  • ·Apartment search with filters and sorting, with the view saved in the URL
  • ·Interactive floor and unit selection wherever the source material allows it
  • ·A page for every apartment: floor plan, renders, room schedule, downloadable PDF
  • ·Unit status and price shown the way you choose
  • ·An enquiry attached to one specific unit
  • ·Suggestions for similar and neighbouring apartments
  • ·A separate URL and structured data for every unit, so apartment pages can be indexed
  • ·Mobile as the primary version, not a shrunken desktop layout

B · For the sales office

  • ·A login-protected panel for the sales team
  • ·A unit database with sizes, layouts, floors and documents
  • ·Price management with no agency in the middle and no tickets
  • ·Status management: available, reserved, sold
  • ·Enquiries collected in one place and linked to their unit
  • ·A reservation workflow, if the development uses one
  • ·Change history: who changed a price or status, and when
  • ·A sales overview per building: what is free, reserved and sold
  • ·The panel works on a phone, because a sales rep is not always at a desk

C · Data migration

We load the first listing ourselves. Excel, CSV, a PDF price sheet, unit sheets, floor plans, your current website. You do not have to write a spec or key in the first apartment database by hand.

D · Production launch

Deployment, domain configuration, analytics and sales events, SEO migration from the current site, redirects and verification in production.

E · Handover

Sales-office training, a panel manual, access to the code, the database and the infrastructure. No artificial lock-in.

Delivery time

4–6 weeks from a complete brief

We do not start each project from scratch. The core is repeatable: unit database, search, apartment pages, enquiry handling, sales panel. What we design per development is the presentation, the structure of the listing and whatever follows from its sales process.

We count weeks from the moment the brief is complete. We do not promise a deadline counted from signature, because in practice the wait is for data, not for code.

A complete brief means

  • 01Approved brand identity for the development: logo, colours, typography
  • 02Development data: description, location, finish standard, schedule
  • 03A unit list with sizes, layouts and floors
  • 04Floor plans and unit sheets, renders if you have them
  • 05Sales-office contact details and the required legal information
  • 06Integration credentials, if the system has to connect to anything

What the brief does not need: a finished spec, a feature list or an idea of how the panel should work. That part is our job.

How the risk is split

We do not guarantee apartment sales. We guarantee what is on our side.

Sales depend on price, location, product, traffic and the work of the sales office. Anyone promising you a sales result from a website rollout is selling something other than software.

Staged payments

20%

Kick-off

30%

Approved layout and system structure

30%

A working platform with the listing loaded

20%

Production launch

You pay the last 20% only once the agreed scope runs in production. Not for a demo, not for a test build.

90 days after launch

For three months after launch we fix defects in the delivered scope, and defects that block sales get priority. Scope extensions are not defects, and we say so upfront to avoid misunderstandings.

The code and the data belong to the client

We hand over the repository, the database and infrastructure access. If you ever decide to develop the system with someone else, you do not start over and you do not ask our permission.

Price

Standard delivery: 79,000 PLN net

A development sales platform

79,000 PLN

net · one development · 4–6 weeks

The full scope described above: the buyer-facing side, the sales-office panel, migration of the first listing, production launch and handover.

Included

  • ·Loading the first apartment listing from your files
  • ·SEO migration from the current site, plus redirects
  • ·Sales event analytics: unit page, enquiry, phone call
  • ·Sales-office training and a panel manual
  • ·90 days of defect handling after launch

Individual quote

120,000 PLN+

net · scope agreed after a conversation

When the standard scope is not enough:

  • ·Several developments or several stages in one system
  • ·Integration with a CRM, ERP or accounting system
  • ·An unusual reservation or contract process
  • ·A finish configurator or other modules beyond the standard
  • ·Legal-department requirements around data and access

This system handles the sale of a listing worth tens of millions. The sensible benchmark is the value of the development and the cost of running the sales office, not the quote for a WordPress site.

We do not price by page count or developer hours. And we will not claim it "pays for itself after one apartment", because that depends on your numbers, not ours.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not for

A good fit

  • ·A residential developer with a development in sales or launching this year
  • ·Roughly 25 units and up, with a listing that changes over time
  • ·A sales office that handles enquiries and wants to manage the listing itself
  • ·Prices and statuses change during the sale, and today they are updated in several places
  • ·The development should be presented at the level of the product you are selling

We are not the right choice

  • ·What you need is a five-page brochure site for the development
  • ·The whole budget is 5,000–15,000 PLN
  • ·The lowest bid is the only thing that decides
  • ·The development is a handful of units sold through friends and a phone
  • ·The listing is to stay in a spreadsheet and the system just has to look good

If that describes your project, write anyway. We will send an honest answer, sometimes with a cheaper route that does not go through us.

First step

Send us your current site and your apartment listing. We will tell you what is worth turning into a system.

No pitch deck, no warm-up call. The form takes a few minutes: basic details of the development, the number of units, where the listing lives today and the budget you have in mind. You can attach a price sheet, unit sheets or a link to your current site.

We will read the submission and come back with an assessment of whether this development fits the way we work and what a sensible next step is. We do not add anyone to a newsletter and we do not call unannounced.

Show us the development

What you get back

  • 01The points where today's buyer journey breaks
  • 02A proposed path: from landing on the site to an enquiry about one specific unit
  • 03An indicative delivery scope for your development
  • 04Cost and time ranges
  • 05A straight answer on whether we are the right choice for this project at all

This is not a free design or a finished prototype. It is an assessment you can use to decide whether it is worth talking further.

Questions

Before you ask

How is this different from a development website built by an agency? +

A website presents the development; a system manages it. With us, apartments are database records, not subpages edited by hand. A price or status change happens in one place and shows up immediately in the search, on the unit page and in the sales-office panel.

We already have a development website. Does it have to go? +

Not always. If the current site has meaningful traffic and rankings, we carry over what works: URLs, content and redirects. More often the site stays as the presentation and the system takes over the listing side, which today is a PDF price sheet.

Do prices have to be public? +

No. Price is a database field and you decide whether to show it publicly or leave it as "price on request" and route the conversation to the sales office. The system works the same either way, and the decision can change mid-sale.

Who updates the listing after launch? +

Your sales office, in the panel. That is the point of this rollout: changing a status after a reservation cannot require an email to the vendor and a two-day wait. Team training and the manual are included.

What about maintenance and costs after launch? +

For the first 90 days we handle defects in the delivered scope at no extra charge. After that there is hosting and the domain, on the order of a few dozen zloty a month for a typical development, plus optional support if you want us on hand for changes and further work. It is not mandatory.

Do you guarantee apartment sales? +

No, and we do not know anyone who honestly could. Sales depend on price, location, product, traffic and the work of the sales office. We are accountable for the system: the agreed scope in production before the final payment, and 90 days of defect handling after launch.

You are selling a listing worth millions. Running it should not depend on a spreadsheet and retyping data by hand.

We build one system: from the buyer choosing an apartment to the sales office doing its work.
